    1. Introduction

Junk Removal 365 LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates MoversQ (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Please read this policy carefully. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

    2. Information We Collect

    2.1 Information You Provide

    • Account Information: Email address, business name, phone number, and password when you create an account. Your email address is verified via a one-time code emailed to you during registration, and a code may also be emailed to verify your identity during password reset or password change.
    • Customer Data: Names, phone numbers, and addresses of your customers that you or your customers submit through the Service.
    • Photos: Optional images of items or rooms uploaded with a move request. Do not upload photos containing sensitive personal information (IDs, credit cards, Social Security cards, or other personal documents).
    • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe may retain your card details, billing address, and transaction history in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.

    2.2 Information Collected Automatically

    • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and interaction patterns.
    • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and IP address.
    • Cookies: Session cookies for authentication and functionality. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

    3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

    • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
    • Process AI-powered moving estimates from uploaded photos
    • Process payments and manage your subscription and credits
    • Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests
    • Send one-time verification codes by email to confirm your address during account registration and to verify your identity during password reset or password change
    • Send email notifications to registered business users related to new lead inquiries, quote requests, lead activity, and account-related operational updates
    • Improve and optimize the Service through usage analytics
    • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues
    • Enforce content safety policies and rate limits
    • Comply with legal obligations

    4. Email Notification Terms

    4.1 Consent & Opt-In

During account registration, a one-time verification code is emailed to your address to confirm ownership. A similar one-time code may also be emailed when you use the "Forgot Password" feature or when you change your password from the Dashboard to verify your identity. These verification emails are separate from the ongoing lead-alert notifications described below.

Business users opt in to receive email notifications from MoversQ when they create a MoversQ account, provide their email address, and agree to receive transactional notifications related to lead activity on the platform.

These emails are sent only to registered business users of MoversQ and may include:

    • One-time verification codes during account registration, password reset, and password change
    • New lead inquiry alerts
    • Notifications about quote requests submitted through the platform
    • Lead-related operational updates
    • Account, billing, and service notifications connected to lead delivery

These communications are transactional and operational in nature. They are not sent for unsolicited marketing purposes. Consent to receive email notifications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Email frequency varies based on lead activity and account usage.

Email lead notifications are sent to the email address associated with your MoversQ account and include details such as customer information, estimated pricing, photos, and quote reference codes.

    4.2 Opt-Out

Business users may opt out of receiving email lead notifications by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any lead notification email. Once unsubscribed, no further email notifications will be sent unless the user re-subscribes.

Business users may also contact us at support@getmoversq.com to request removal from email notifications.

    4.3 Help

For help with MoversQ email notifications, contact us at support@getmoversq.com.

    4.4 Email Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share email addresses or email opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Your information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver emails on our behalf.

    5. AI Image Processing

Photos uploaded to MoversQ are processed by third-party AI services to generate moving estimates. These images are transmitted securely and are used solely for the purpose of generating estimates. We do not use your photos to train AI models. Photos are stored in our secure cloud infrastructure and are retained for the purpose of maintaining your estimate history.

Our AI performs automatic content screening on all uploaded images. Photos that contain prohibited content — including people or animals as the primary subject, visible personal identifying information, NSFW content, violence, drugs, or weapons — are automatically rejected. Rejected photos are never forwarded to the business Operator and no credit is deducted for rejected scans.

    6. Content Safety & Abuse Prevention

To maintain a safe and professional environment, MoversQ implements the following measures:

    • AI Content Moderation: All uploaded photos are screened by AI for inappropriate or policy-violating content before processing.
    • IP-Based Rate Limiting: We track IP addresses to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse of the Service. IP addresses associated with repeated content violations may be temporarily blocked.
    • Violation Logging: Content safety violations are logged for abuse prevention purposes. Violation records include IP address, timestamp, and violation type — but not the rejected image content.
    • Hazardous Material Detection: Photos containing hazardous materials (chemicals, propane, batteries, etc.) are flagged for safety. These scans are saved as leads without pricing so Operators can follow up with safe disposal guidance.

    7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

    • Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, cloud hosting providers, AI processing services, email delivery providers).
    • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
    • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
    • With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share your information.

    8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    9. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Estimate data, including photos and AI analysis results, is retained for your ongoing reference. Rate limit and abuse prevention records are retained for up to 90 days. Email verification records (codes) are automatically expired and are not retained beyond their short-lived verification window. Email unsubscribe preferences are retained to honor opt-out requests. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@getmoversq.com. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

    10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

    • Access the personal information we hold about you
    • Request correction of inaccurate information
    • Request deletion of your personal information
    • Object to or restrict processing of your information

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@getmoversq.com.

    11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

    12. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

    13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
